We carry a good many teas and they each have their own “Best Brewing” guidelines. This chart covers most of the teas we carry. If you don't see your tea listed here, give us a call and we'll gladly help you out.

Please note: We provide accurate measurements in grams for consistency. Tablespoon (TBSP) measurements are approximate. In general, 1tablespoon will brew one cup of tea. Please be aware that each tea has a different weight per volume. Some teas, such as Kyo Bancha, can not be measured by tablespoon due to the leaf size.

Masala Chai Latte

Add 13g (about 2 TBSP) tea leaves directly to 1 cup water in a pot and bring to a boil. Add 1 cup whole milk and bring to simmer for 3 minutes. Add 1-2 TBSP sugar, strain to cup and serve.
